🌿 Catalyst Lab 6 starts this March 2026!

The Catalyst Lab is a 7-month learning journey for individuals and teams who want to deepen their practice in systems thinking, awareness-based systems methodologies, and non-linear practices. It is organized by step into action and collaboratio helvetica.

Acknowledging that we live in times of deep TRANSITIONS, we decided to dedicate this years learning journey to the topic of navigating change. Together, we explore how living systems change — not only at the level of organisations or society, but also within the smaller systems we are part of. By collaborating as one group, we test, observe, and learn how change happens — in ourselves, in our teams, and in the spaces we co-create.

You will get supported by an experienced team of mentors, guided through practical tools and methods, and work in groups to design and test real-world systems intervention projects.
